NOTE:
- I now use 8 oz. Cool Whip instead of beating the cream as mentioned above, and the results are still yummy
- if you use the pre-formed oreo cookie pie crust you can save time, and then you only need 8-10 oreos for the top.
- You don't need to freeze for 24 hours, it's fine after 12 hours.
- You can use mint extract instead of the Creme de Menthe, use about 1/2 tsp.
- We add a few drops of green food coloring for fun.
